This works great in bright sunlight. It is pretty responsive to touch and makes a convenient chime for every key press. #sweepstakesSee more

Used on the front door. Installation was a bit of a hassle, but eventually I figured it out. It works great. Still have not been able to figure out the wave function, but I willSee more

Very easy to physically install. The programming of the codes was not real intuitive. Once I got the programming completed the lock worked great. I’m very happy with the lock and it came at a very good price.See more

Purchased this lock to allow entry by contractors without a key so could easily change/delete the codes without having to provide a key. Installation was straightforward but the lock requires some changes as any slight misalignment from the previous lock didn’t fit. What we like about this lock is that if the electricity goes out, the lock will still work. While we would have liked getting remote access to control the lock, we don’t know which brand we want to commit to connect this and our other security devices to at this time, which is an additional cost in order to have wifi remote access. Unless you already own a compatible wifi device, its an add-on cost. Overall, this has been a very reliable and safe keyless lock for my family.See more

I connected the lock to ring alarm hub which has zwave and its working fine. However, Ring alarm hub doesn’t have a way for me to create a schedule to lock the door automatically at night.nnI also have smarthing hub which has zwave and ways to create events/schedule so I think I will move the lock to that. I think zwave lock only connects to a hub, not multiple hubsnnThe only problem i have with the lock is the touch screen is very slow to response. I’ve heard people said the raised buttons work better so I will be getting that for the 2nd door.See more

I bought a similar lock from them that was supposed to be compatible with Amazon Alexa. After buying a few different additional modules and items that were needed to actually link to the lock, I gave up. A huge hassle and unexpected expense, Of course I had been working on it so long that I was unable to return. Check out exactly what is needed in order to make this thing compatible before you buy it.See more

Got the lock and connected to Ring alarm which has zwave hub. However, Ring doesn’t have any way for me to create an automated schedule that locks the door at night. Alexa isn’t any better, I can’t create a schedule with out an action (event from another smart device). However, I can tell Alexa (works through Ring) to open and close the door with my voice. nI have samsung smarthing hub which has zwave and allows user to create a time schedule for device to on/off or open/close. But i will lose Alexa integration with Ring if move Samsung smarthubnn I wish zwave device can talk to more than 1 hub so I don’t to choose between the 2.nnThe other issue I have with the lock is the touch screen is very slow to response. I have to touch it a few times for the light to come up. Whoever never used the lock before would think the lock is dead or not working. I read that the raised 9 buttons is better so I will get that for my 2nd door.See more
