I have had my Ultraloq UL3 installed for over a year now. My wife, 5 children, and myself all use this lock everyday. I can’t say enough good things about this lock system. It has all the advanced security options that I wanted in a biometric finger print lock. And they are all very simple to operate. We haven’t used the keys once, I have a 8 digit combo set but it also is rarely used – unless my fingers are real dirty i.e. Dirt, oil, etc. Then I just use my knuckle to key in the combo. Hands down best in the industry. The finger print reader truly only fails if your finger was misaligned badly or if you don’t apply enough pressure. No problem just square up your digits and press down again. Opens quick and easy then locks back in a few seconds. This lock has saved me so much hassle. Imagine, my kids were loosing keys, forgetting them at home or friends. No more frustration of letting them in or lock outs. No one ever knocks anymore, as they always have there fingers. I put thumb, index, and middle finger on both hands for all of my family. Easy breezy to install. I could not have designed a better system myself and I am very security savvy. Buy this lock and you’ll be getting more for all your doors. This keyless lock is the best I have tried over the last two years. I had almost given up as I have tried several failing miserably and cost me a lot of money including Kevo and Itouchless. This one sticks out. It is waterproof, has fingerprint reader that works, code and bluetooth function that actually works. It is very sturdy build and much easier to install than the others I have tried. I did have a problem during the installation as one of the holes for the screws were not fully drilled out and the screw could not fit. So I contacted their online help and that is hands down the best and fastest service I have received in years. I got immediate response and they have a fix for the problem. If you want keyless today – this is the way to go
