Order came packaged in a shipping flat document envelope….. This is a mega boom speaker! It was wrapped in bubble wrap, not in original box, does not have carrying case as it said it would. The cord is white I have purchased 5 of these speakers off of Amazon and all have yellow plugs… It is a gift … I bought a new one.. not open or no box item!!See more

Received something completely different than what I originally ordered. Did not come boxed, completely different color, no carrying case, and charger was not original charger .. it was different brand as if they bought it separately to send to me. Horrible. I would put 0 stars if possible.See more

Walmart advertised this ur mega boom as new item- it arrived and is used -scuffs on outside- also it did not come with original charger it came with a Logitech substitute – I guess this is 3rd party seller pulling a fast one- thought Walmart kept an eye on them- I guess not- beware PECKA StoreSee more

Nowhere in the description does it say that the megaboom is NOT NEW. Delivered late, cheaply packaged in flat rate envelope, and obviously USED. **Do not recommend**See more

Zero star rating is what I want to give, however I do not have that option. Item is described as NEW when ordering…no where does it say that it is a refurbished/used speaker…It specifically states that is NEW…So, I purchased two speakers. They arrived both stuffed in my regular size mailbox packaged in USPS cardboard envelopes that were wrapped around each speaker and tapped with packing tape and and one package was also torn…certainly NOT in the rectangular shaped box that new Megaboom speakers come in. Which of course instantly made me aware that there was a big problem. I opened only the package that was already torn and the speaker was inside its zippered carrying case. The carrying case looked very much used and so did the speaker that was inside. Wear and tear from use very evident on the ( ) and (-) buttons that must be pressed to control the volume and also underneath the speaker from speaker being charged. Also did not come with a charging cord. I dint bother opening the second speaker and immediately took both speakers to my neighborhood walmart to return and filed a complaint with Walmart.com. I also emailed WLL TECH SOLUTIONS INC expressing my anger that they sold me speakers claiming to be new which are very obviously used, but haven’t gotten a response as of yet. Provided pictures of the one speaker that I opened showing that it is a used speaker. I did not read reviews of speaker only because we have owned/own Megaboom products and know they are good quality speakers and I didn’t need to hear what others had to say about the performance because Im already aware….BIG MISTAKE because if I had I would have seen reviews of other people that ordered NEW SPEAKERS from this same company and they received them packaged like mine were and very obviously used. This company should not be allowed to sell products through Walmart if they cannot be honest about what they are selling.See more

The item wasnt as discribed, it wasnt new, it had some scratches and signs that was used before..I pay for a new speaker and they sended me one used.See more

Be very careful when purchasing this product. This was supposed to be a NEW speaker. There is no way the one i received was NEW. 1. The packaging was a USPS letter envelope wrapped around the case of the speaker. No original box! 2. There is a dent in the speaker. 3. There are multiple scuff marks on the speaker. Do not buy this product. I just recived mine in the mail a week late, and it is clearly used. All scuffed up, greasy marks all over the volume buttons. Did not come in a box… arrived in a flat rate envelope with a return address that doesn’t even match the sellers name. This was my first order through Walmart.com. I will not order again. Nothing in the description stated that this a used or refurbished item…. I am not a happy customer at all. The brand itself is great. I owe the smaller version of this speaker and love it. Was purchasing this one as a gift. There is no way I can gift a used product to someone. Will be returning if able to.See more
