Bought this system to replace a prior night owl system. I didn’t have to rerun wires the new cameras plugged right into the existing cables and then the dvr was plug and play as well. Still working on getting familiar with the new system but so far so good I’m happy with it. The only reason I didn’t give it a five star is because I’m still getting familiar with the system.See more

Decent image, but I can only watch the cameras in real time at my monitor. And after the first day, I can no longer watch it remotely from my phone on the app because it’s saying my DVR isn’t connected to the internet..?!? I have the dvr connected to my wifi router via Ethernet cable. It just makes no sense, not being able to watch the cameras while away from home just defeats the purpose. I can’t even watch the play back because the dvr doesn’t record if it’s not connected to the WiFi…. really annoyed because customer support is virtually nonexistent.See more

I am very pleased with security system Its easy set up and what a picture you get The only thing I wish that it had at least 100 foot cable for one of the cameras but i will tell anyone its as good as can thats my opinion and if ever need another one Ill get the same one thank you ️See more

The cameras are great. Good quality and fairly easy to set up. A few days after setting up the mobile app stopped working completely, not allowing me to check my cameras remotely. Customer service won’t answer the phone, its impossible to het connected to them. Im very disappointed.See more

Let me start by saying the price for the amount of cameras and storage was unmatched. The cameras appear to be sturdy and the set up was easy. So far they are working great with no hic ups. The set up instruction manual was detailed and it has lots of detailed pictures to assist you. The only challenge was crawling through my attic and drilling through my soffit space.
