Unless you are a whiz with electronics, do not buy this thing. The performance is good as in the auction, but using their app is next to worthless. I have had it three weeks and I have YET to get it to create a map of my house. I am trying not to get discouraged, but there is a support group for owners of the NEATO on Facebook where I have gotten additional advice and instructions. The users instructional manual is WORTHLESS.LikesQualityBrushesPerformanceDislikesTechnologySimplicitySee more

I would have given this a 5, but it just started acting up. I have owned my robot for less than 3 months and up until now have been absolutely in love with it. Now WeeBo is getting stuck just a few inches from the loading dock for no reason. It is getting stuck on flat ground. The brushes are clean, the sensors are clean, the dustbin is empty. I cannot figure out what’s going on.See more

Got for Christmas, I can’t say enough good things about it. It is awesome. Cleans great. Gets into and out of tight spaces. Doesn’t go down the stairs, stops and moves away. Vacuums all the floors, hardwood, tile, carpet seamlessly and without fail. Programmable so it vacuums Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 8:00 am just like clockwork. Come home and have clean floors and clean lines in the carpet. Regular care is easy. Empty the bin, clear the filter, remove any hair on the rollers when convenient and it will perform great. Super happy and a second not for upstairs is in the future I’m sure.See more

We’ve had it for less than a month and we only bought it after a friend showed us video reviews since he was considering getting it for himself. This is the next “dishwashing machine” moment! Wow! With a dog and 2 cats, we were always rushing to vacuum before we had people over. Now, our Neato takes care of it. We’ve scheduled it to vacuum different areas in the morning and evening, on different days, depending on use. So, living room is 3 times a week, the kitchen twice a week, while the bedrooms are once a week (different one every day)! We empty the bin every day, even if we don’t need to. Our home is always clean! And if we need to, we can always have an area cleaned on demand. Or, get this, by manually driving it to the mess! Totally worth it!See more

I had the original neato XV series from 6 years ago, and I was pretty happy with it. So decided to “upgrade” to the latest and greatest D7. The hair tangling problem did get fixed, but alas, this wasn’t an upgrade. The navigation is messed up, zone cleaning from the app isn’t very intuitive, and the robot gets stuck and there’s no way to find it on the app, I have to hunt for it like I did my old XV series non-WiFi capable robot. If you’re looking for a smart vacuum with zone cleaning, look elsewhere.See more

I’ve owned this vacuum for about 7 months now and its been better than my standard vacuum! It goes over every surface and is even pulling up carpet sprinkle that my regular vacuum never got. This vacuum is awesome and very smart. Ill never own another type of vacuum!See more

My wife and I bought the D7 and have used it six times now. It is truly fantastic. The scanning and roaming is top notch and the D7 is able to get into all sorts of corners and under and around furniture. We have a golden retriever and the D7 picks up SO MUCH HAIR. It is fun to watch the D7 work and then see the “map” it creates afterward. Cleaning is a breeze.See more

A lot of us may know A few days ago I received the D7 because I am a long time neato user I’ve always use the D3 or D4 but since this vacuum was on sale and all the features it has were very enticing I decided to get it but like many others are experiencing I am experiencing where after he completes his first run and mapping I go in and create the no go zones and cleaning zones and when I click on save it will pop up system error then the vacuums Wi-Fi will disconnect for about a minute or two and then reconnect and it’s a hit and miss once I click start to clean it will either clean or it will keep saying no floor plan found and nothing in the home has been moved the charging base has not been touched it is a major issue with this software with this model I thought I got a defective one so I went ahead and re-ordered but then I started reading the reviews today and ended up having to cancel my replacement order and decided to go with a Robo rock but beware after you do your initial mapping and set up zones and no go zones you’re more than likely are going to get navigation error no floorplan found Don’t bother remapping because it’s not that it is some type of glitch or software issue it will start running possibly after an hour or you just Gotta keep clicking start on the app until it finally decides it wants to goSee more

We are having difficulties with it not going over floor vents, running consistently on schedule, however, when it does work it’s strong suction. Contacted the company with no response. Would return it if we could.See more

I love the D7. I am giving it 4 stars because it took us 2 weeks to get it connected to the WiFi. They should send out better instructions on WiFi settings. You have to have technical support to get it set up. It cleans well, is quieter than our previous 5 year old Neato, recharges fast and has great battery time for cleaning.
