This keyless entry door knob is recommended for interior doors and installs just as easy on both left handed doors and right handed doors 1 1/4″- 1 7/8″ thick. You will discover how useful it is to simply use a code instead of a key. Places like bedrooms, home offices and supply closets are doors you should be able to lock. Using a code is much more practical than using a key for these type of doors. In addition to adding individual users, you can also program a master code to multiple door locks, a valuable feature for property management. The backlit keypad easily lights up with the push of a button and facilitates operation in the night time. It includes an adjustable latch with 2 different backset settings of 2 3/8″ and 2 3/4″ and features audible tones when locking, unlocking, and low battery warning. The door knob only turns one way to open, after 2 days mine got stuck so it won’t latch (the door won’t shut) I have to keep the deadbolt locked at all times to keep the door shut. My remote works but i haven’t gotten the keypad to work. I bought this product because it was the cheaper option. The door knob was the hardest to install and is still giving me problems that I don’t know how to fix.See more

Please do not waste your time with this lock. We got locked out of the house multiple times because the lock jammed and had to go in a different way. The lock of another brand we had at our old house, we never replaced the battery in 4 years and had no problems, this one, not so much. We relaxed the batteries 2x already after only having it for 3 months. We have also re-installed it to try to fix the alignment which was not the issue, the locking mechanism just doesn’t fully engage a LOT so it gets stuck.See more

first the door handle plunger will only turn one way to operate. had to use the plunger from the old lock. the screws to hold the door knob on was too long had to use the screws from old knob. the installation instructions were no help. so to make this work I had to my extreme REDNECK ingenuity to make this work. the keypad went on with no issues, all screws and brackets worked perfectly.See more
