It works but it’s freaky to start, you actually must read the instructions or do like I did, return this thing. There is NO support in spite of what they say!See more

Love these Link2Home wireless remotes. I use this set in my bedroom to operate several lamps and a small fan. It’s so nice to be able to turn the fan off and on in the night as needed or turn on any light as needed. I had a small issue with one of the remotes and the Link2Home Customer Service was amazing! Quick response and resolution. I highly recommend this product and this company!See more

Great remote set! I’ve used multiple other types and these are the best I’ve seen. You can turn all 5 plugged-in items on and off at one time with the push of one button, or control each of the five items individually with the 5 individual on and off buttons. Reception is excellent, goes around corners and even sends its signal flawlessly through a stone wall that is inside my house. It automatically pairs each of the five units with a button as you plug each in, but you can easily change the pairing if you like. You plug something into these from the side so it doesn’t stick out like some others do. Included instructions are clearly written and easy to follow. I bought 2 sets and one set does not interfere with the other. They work totally independantly from each other, even in the same room.See more

Well, I thought this would be a really great item to have….and it is if you are good at setting up electronics! Maybe I’m just not. ☹️ This is a Link2Home Wireless Remote Control electrical outlet switch for household appliances and electronics. It comes with 5 separate outlets and two remotes. Each remote can operate up to 5 different appliances and with 5 separate outlets, you’ve got your whole house taken care of! The receiver can receive a signal from the transmitter up to 150 feet away (even in a hard-to-reach location). The instructions say it is very simple and easy to operate. I totally love the concept behind this. Once I figure this out, it’s gonna be great!See more

I was surprised at how well this item works. It was easy to setup and synch to my devices. I have connected 3 lamps and a table fan in 3 different rooms and the remote works great in controlling them even if I’m not in the room where the device is plugged in. So far everything I have plugged into the switch works great, just a simple on/off press on the remote and my fan and lamps work without me having to manually turn them on/off. There are 5 switches and 2 remotes included in the box, the switches have a 150 ft. wireless range. The electrical switch is big but it doesn’t cover both wall outlets. Also, the switch works only by remote and can not be controlled by an app or wireless hub i.e., Samsung smartthings. Although the switches work well, they are unattractive so I have them hidden behind furniture but it doesn’t affect the function of the remote. I haven’t used the switch on any kitchen appliances yet but the instructions state it can be used to control kitchen appliances. Overall this is a good item but because it can’t be controlled by an app for turning on lamps before I return home at night, I will give it 4 stars.See more

I have been using some sort f remote control devices for electrical and other items since the 1970s. They were quite expensive and very bulky and would not work well through walls. The Link2Home Wireless Remote Control system works very well within my home and yard and does not have any problems connecting between walls and the siding of my home. I have them on some of my lights and they work very well with turning them on and off. Some have stayed on for several days and the units have not seemed to heat up only slightly warm. The remotes are operating ok, only it should have come with instructions for changing out the batteries. On the end of the remote where you pulled the tab to let the battery connect there is a slot that you could stick a small screw driver and pry out gently and you will see a 2032 button battery if you need to change it. I have not had to change the batteries yet so I do not know how long they will last, I guess it would depend on how you used the remote. The individual (5) plug in units are a little bulky you can only get two on a single 9 outlet surge protector that is the only draw back with them and you can only put one on a wall outlet. The blue light indicates if the plug in section is working. You have to set up each remote with each outlet you intend to use with that one remote they will not connect to both remotes in my trials. I advise you to make sure you mark each outlet with a number on the outlet and corresponding number on the remote you will use to control that outlet. I do not know how durable the outlets are but they seem to be well built. Only time will tell.See more

I ordered these because I have a couple of lamps that I like to leave on at night but are associated with a wall switch. Standing floor lamps in the 2 front rooms and one lamp in the living room. One remote can turn them all on and off easily. The set up took less than 1 minute. The instructions were only a few steps. It worked right out of the box. I would definitely recommend these for their convenience and ease of set up and use.See more

I was happy to get the wireless remote, 5 outlet set, because of my Fan that has a remote that failed. Also I needed to separate items that shared the same wall switch. So I easily paired the fan, lamps, a wall mounted stereo and my microwave, that’s usually unplugged to lessen the use of electricity. Well, the fan and the stereo are multi-functional items that must be manually turned on, so even when they are plugged in, the power buttons must be depressed to operate. The remote would turn them off, but not on. (The previous remotes for those two items were also multi-functional. Link2Home remotes feature only On or Off. Which enables the socket, not the device.)The microwave and the lamps are simple “plug and play” items and were able to be turned ON and OFF using the remote.(When either is plugged in, they will power on. i.e., light or ready to use microwave.)The All On and the All Off functionality of the remote worked as promised, with the exception of the stereo/fan coming on. I used the same remote for items stored in 3 different rooms, with no problems.See more
