JBL – Flip 4 Portable Bluetooth Speaker

I bought this speaker for my wife for Christmas. We’ve owned several waterproof bluetooth speakers but none of them sounded great. She said she wanted ‘a good one’ so I read several reviews of higher end speakers before settling on the JBL Flip 4. It ws a great decision. This speaker is awesome. Huge sound in a small package. Great base, crisp treble and mid range. Sounds like a high end care stereo. I plan to buy another one to sync them both on my boat. Well worth the $80 I paid for it.See more

This is a nice sounding speaker. There is however a small delay, if you are using it to listen/watch video, this causes people’s voices to be slightly out of sync. We bought each of our two sons one of these for Christmas two years ago. They love them. They use them multiple times a week. My husband and I are constantly borrowing them. I have now purchased one for my husband for Christmas so he has his own. I love all the color options that are offered because they are easy to tell which one belongs to who. This speaker tolerates heat well as I sit it in the shade on super hot days to listen to books while in the pool. I haven’t gotten it wet so I can’t comment on the waterproof aspect. Great sound, especially when you connect them. Although sometimes the connection is a bit static, the sound overall is good. I’m happy with them.See more

Great quality. Sounds great at high volume. Great for a party. I also like that there’s something on the side to let you know how low the battery is, unlike previous speakers I’ve bought that only let you know the battery is low when it’s time to charge it. I’d recommend.See more

For its size this little guy is a giant; it has great sound all around and it can be taken in the shower with no worries. Make sure though to have the little outlet flap shut tight as water could get in those connections. It has a great sound. At full volume it might scream a little but most of the time you won’t need to push the volume at full blast, it will have plenty volume at 75%. Sound quality is very good. I’m impressed.See more

WOW! I took it out the box. Turned it on, clicked the Bluetooth button and my laptop paired. Done. Then I put on my favorite tenor and I am blown away. the Sound is amazing, and I’m used to Bose Noise cancelling headsets … I LOVE This thing. it’s louder than I will ever need, with very clear sound, you hear the violens, the triangles, the Deep Tenor voice … I’m in love!See more
