I just got my package and the fan looks like its in good shape. However it does not have a remote control which is quite important to operate the device. As long as the seller (dyson) sends me the remote Ill bump this up to a 5 star. What a great deal for an incredible device.See more

A little dirty with small scuff marks all over. The remote which is required for 90% of the unit’s operation was very scratched up and filthy. Thankfully, the filter seemed new and was clean. All the functions seem to work perfectly and the heater is not as weak as I feared. I wish Dyson would disclose the exact condition of the unit first before selling them. If this was sold third party, they would disclose that the unit had significant wear and tear. I expect better from Dyson.See more

Quiet, effective at cooling and heating! Also, I live in a humid environment where my room can smell musty. Within minutes of running, the musty odors are gone.

Product arrived lightly used, but functions very well. Not cheap, but so far I am happy with it. Dyson does good work.

It came with bunch of scratches and it started making noise while rotating. This is is very unsatisfying and felt like I wasted my time and money. Should’ve believed the first review. It’s not worth of money at all.See more

This is a vary high quality product for this price I recommend to others… It cleans the air hets and cools you and it looks interesting..i got mine couple days ago and it works nicely… Only one scrats on the edge but everything else looked like new.. Vary good for this priceSee more
