I got Bob for Christmas because we live with four animals and have to run a vacuum daily. Bob is the most effective cleaning device I’ve ever owned, and the company will absolutely stand behind their product. We overworked Bob after two months and had to send him in for maintenance. We were not charged, despite the fact that Bob was given new wheels, new brushes, and a new motor. I was floored. He’s never worked better, and now we’ve got a much clearer idea of how to maintain and prolong his life. Amazing product.See more

I have had Bob going on 2 years now and have sent him in a couple times for service. It is always very prompt and he comes back a new bot. The price initially was very reasonable. Just wish he had an app.See more
